On the afternoon of August 10, the first executive council meeting of the Stainless Steel Special Committee of the Guangdong Sanitary Ware Chamber of Commerce was held at the chairman unit BNITM. Zhang Shuru, Secretary-General of the Chamber of Commerce, Chairman Yang Wanjun, and 14 other members attended the meeting, with Chen Long, Secretary-General of the Special Committee, serving as the moderator. The number of attendees met the required quorum, making the meeting valid.

To better promote and advance the work of the Stainless Steel Special Committee, the organizational structure has now been fully established. Under the leadership of the Chairperson, the first Executive Council Meeting was convened to deliberate on matters such as the Committee’s organizational responsibilities and industry promotion efforts, collaboration with and utilization of media channels, as well as plans for subsequent visits and exchanges with member organizations and for facilitating the exchange of industry information.

At the meeting, Zhang Shuru, Secretary-General of the Sanitary Ware Chamber of Commerce, noted that during discussions with a distributor, he learned that many customers are undertaking second-time renovations and thus possess considerable renovation experience. They believe stainless steel is not only aesthetically pleasing but also boasts superior material properties, making it better suited than traditional materials for residential wet spaces and thereby meeting market demand. To continuously improve ourselves, our products still have considerable room for advancement; by pooling ideas and leveraging collective expertise, we can make our offerings even more high-end and of higher quality. The stainless steel industry is currently booming, with an increasing number of consumers recognizing the merits of stainless steel in home furnishings. At the same time, stainless steel sanitary ware aligns with many people’s expectations and needs regarding bathroom materials. The establishment of this specialized committee aims to facilitate the exchange and sharing of technical knowledge among its members, fully harnessing the platform’s advantages. Should any issues arise, they can be discussed and resolved through the Guangdong Provincial Sanitary Ware Chamber of Commerce’s Stainless Steel Specialized Committee, ensuring timely problem-solving and striving toward a win-win, mutually beneficial outcome.

At the conference, Yang Wanjun, Chairman of the Stainless Steel Special Committee of the Guangdong Sanitary Ware Chamber of Commerce, emphasized that the stainless steel industry holds limitless potential and is well worth in-depth exploration and development. In the early days, some people may have held certain biases against the stainless steel sanitary ware sector, perceiving it as small and niche.
